Welcome to our luxurious thoughtfully decorated holiday home in Elviria, Marbella where you have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in walking distance.

This very modern ground floor apartment is located in the prime urbanization Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf and is divided in 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a spacious living area with access to the roomy terrace , a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room. Additionally you have an underground parking space in the garage.

The apartment has wifi and central air condition and heating throughout the entire Apartment. 

The main bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 bed, has a lot of wardrobe space , black out curtains for bright nights and an en-suite Bathroom including a big bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. We provided bed linen, towelsand beach towels so you only need to bring your personal items. 

The 2nd bedroom is also equipped with a 160x200 double bed, large wardrobes and black out curtains. The 2. bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. 

The Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, vitro-ceramic hub and fridge. The separate laundry room has a washing machine and place to hang clothes. 

The spacious and very carefully decorated dining-room has a big table with place for 6 persons. The living room has a comfortable couch with space for the whole family. The  smart TV is connected to Spanish channels and the internet to be able to watch Netflix or any other online TV. 

The terrace is partly covered and has a big Weber BBQ for your disposal for nice BBQ evenings. 

The community of jardines de Santa Maria golf is located in the lower part of Elviria but still far away from the road to avoid road noise. The holiday apartment is only 500 m away from the comercial center of Elviria where you have Supermarkets ( Supersol)  and also the Supercor which is opened from 8 am in the morning until 2 am in the night. There are also several restaurants and bars in walking distance. To the beach you walk ca. 15 min. and reach directly the famous beach club Nikki beach and also other beach restaurants. Marbella center is a 12 min drive away and Puerto Banus a 15 min drive. To the airport of Malaga it is a 35 min drive. 

Guest access

The community is fully gated and the areas are very lovely maintained with fountains and green areas and consists of 4 big communal swimming pools. There is 24 hours concierge service and also underground parking. The guest will have unlimited access to all the community areas.
